Shipping policy
Processing time:
- The processing time for an order is 1-3 working days, the timing depends on the actual situation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Orders placed after 3 p.m. can only be processed the following day at the earliest.
- Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is incomplete or if your order is marked as risky.
Delivery time (estimate):
- 1-4 days in Germany, in other countries this time may vary, which can lead to a delivery time of 7 to 20 days.
Taxes and expenses:
- Please note that your order is subject to customs or import fees that are charged once the package reaches the destination country. Legally, these fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot say what the costs would be as customs regulations and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
- Customs duties are charged as a percentage of the total value of the goods. The duty rate percentage depends on the country the package is being sent to, but on average it ranges from 3% to 9%. We have no control over the charges, which is why we cannot include them in the cost of the item or in the shipping costs.

Our orders are delivered climate-neutrally throughout Germany. Shipping costs to other countries are calculated depending on the product, please note the checkout, where the shipping fees will be displayed.
