Refund policy

If you ever have problems with a delivery, we want to help you as best and quickly as possible.

Please send us an email at info[at]bplanet.com and include your order number in the subject line, the reason for your return, and attach photos if your order is damaged. Our support will contact you within 24 hours on working days (Monday - Friday) to review your complaint and then decide whether to refund you or send you a new box of toilet paper.

The return is possible within 14 days.

In case of damage, the complaint must be made within 24 hours.

The costs of the return shipment are not covered.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, provided goods for regular delivery over a set period are ordered as part of a single order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BPlanet, Auenstraße 49/1, Süßen 73079, info[at]bplanet.com, 07162 9486842) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this value loss results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;

- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
